End your afternoon tour of Prague or just order this tasting menu of typical Czech dishes.
This five-course menu consists of:
1. Traditionally marinated chees (camembert type in oil with spice)
2. Roasted juicy pork pieces (Moravian sparrow) with spinach
3. Homemade roasted sirloin of beef with traditional Czech cream sauce with dumpling (famous czech svickova)
4. Confit duck with potato dumpling and cabbage
5. Moravian pie
1x optional drink (beer, wine, soft drink)
The menu will be prepared for you by a Czech chef, who has made it to the top 10 chefs of the famous Spanish dish Paella in an international cooking competition.
Reservation is necessary at least 1 day in advance.
Opening hours Monday to Saturday from 16:00
In case of a larger group of more than 10 people, an earlier time or lunch can be arranged.
